  • Ronnie Peterson (SWE) left the Lotus team after one race of the season and joined the March team. He retired the March 761 on lap 16 when he collided with another competitor. South African Grand Prix, Rd2, Kyalami, 6 March 1976.
  • Grand Prix debutant Niki Lauda(AUT) in car, gets some advice from March team mate Ronnie Peterson(SWE) Austrian GP, Osterreichring, 15 August 1971
